  • 21" glute/ham pad (also availible in split pad design).
  • Large 28" x 18" aluminum covered foot plate.
  • Foot plate easliy adjusts on 2, 1 1/4" linear bearings and a 2" stainless steel adjustment tube with 8 positions.
  • 4, 12" long rollers that adjust up and down.
  • 2 hooks for attaching bands to increase the difficulty of the exercise.
  • 1" thick rubber feet.
  • Very stable for large athletes, but suitable for any size athlete.
