FAQ 1: What happens when I'm done with the 16 week AMD workout? Can I use AMD with other programs?
Answer: YES! That is the best part of AMD. It shows you all of the ESSENTIAL pieces of an effective strength and muscle building program and you can plug ANY workout into the template. It doesn't matter if you are doing 5/3/1, Westside, DoggCrapp or whatever.
FAQ 2: AMD has 16 weeks of workouts with Phase I (4 weeks) laying the foundation. If I've been training for a while, can I skip Phase I?
Answer: Definitely. Phase I not only allows you to get acclimated to the exercises and the workout tempo, it provides you with a solid level of work capacity. If you feel that you can execute the movements (according to the exercise index) with proficiency and you have been training for a good length of time, yes you can move into Phase II.
