EFS Back Up T-shirt
Years ago I had a shirt with an arrow on the front that I picked up on one of those boring family vacations. Aunt Freda nasty hangnails were driving me nuts so I had to get out of the cabin.
What I found was pure gold, a shirt that I could wear in the gym (yes, one with mirrors) that would be a constant reminder to keep my head up when I squatted.
We added BACK to the rear of the shirt so your training partner or spotter will remember to call you back on the way down or it will just be a reminder for everyone to stay away.
