The meet doesn't start until the Metal Deadlifter straps are pulled up
The Metal Pro Deadlift Suit is the best suit we have ever seen for the deadlift. This one-ply polyester suit has great support in the hips, lower back and groin while providing a unique pull though the crotch. The start you get off the floor with this suit is unreal. The suit is best used with the conventional deadlift (The Pro Squatter is actually better for the sumo deadlift). There is a special stitching design that gives an unreal lock to the thighs.
The key to making this suit work is the pull it has across and up the front of the torso. This helps to keep the hips in an optimal starting position allowing for much stronger starting strength. This reverse wedgie effect may not be comfortable to some but is soon forgotten as they stand up with record weight.
If you are interested in breaking deadlift records this suit is for you.

"This is the greatest thing I have ever used. I have NEVER gotten anything out of any suit I have used with the deadlift. The first time I tried the Metal Deadlifter I pulled a 40 pound record!" Ryan Cutright
"The Metal Pro Deadlifter has the best support I have ever had for the conventional stance. Excellent starting power from the floor". Glenn Smith
"Thanks for the help with the order. The Metal Deadlift suit kicks ass!!! My only mistake was not trying to max out in it before the meet. I set PRs on my last two attempts. Thanks again!! Oscar
Metal Saves The Day
It was October fourth, 2007. I was in Ostrava, Czech Republic. The IPF Master World Championships. I was representing the United States in the ninety kilo (198 pound) weight class. After going six for six in the squat and bench, it was time to deadlift. For the past couple of years, I had been deadlifting exclusively in Metal Gear. For this meet, I had experimented with the latest deadlift suits from some of the other major maufacturers of powerlifting equipment. Every suit I tried worked pretty well. I got all my gym lifts in. By contest time, I still wasn't sure which suit I wanted to pull in.
I decided on one of the new suits. I opened at 705. Hit that no problem. Second attempt would be a new Master World Record. 757. I got it about halfway up, and it stalled. Couldn't believe it. Took off my shirt, peeled off the new suit, and slipped on my old Metal. Asked one of the bigger guys on the team to pull up the straps.
I walked out, approached the bar. Got into position. So far, so good. Gripped and started the pull. Straight to the top, no problem. Metal gave me the support I needed for a new Master World Record. Thanks Metal.
