  • Recommended Chains for the Bench Press: If you Bench Press under 200 pounds then you will need a total of 20-30 pounds of chain. If you Bench Press 200 - 400 pounds then you will need 40-50 pound of chain. If you Bench Press 400 - 500 pounds you will use 80-90 pound of chain. If you Bench Press over 500 pounds, you will use 80-90 pound of chain.
  • Recommended Chains for the Squat:If you Squat under 200 pounds then you will need a total of 40-50 pounds of chain. If you Squat 200 - 400 pounds then you will need 40-50 pound of chain. If you Squat 400 - 500 pounds you will use 60-70 pound of chain. If you Squat 500 - 600 pounds then you will use 80-90 pound of chain. If you Squat 600-700 pounds you will use 90-100 pound of chain.
