The complete set of chains includes (2) 3/8" chains with (2) snap hooks to ensure the chains do not fall off during your training. Two 5/8" chains are also included in your set up. These chains are galvanized to prevent rusting. The 5/8" chains have a large oval snap hook on the middle of the chain to allow for even loading and easy attachment. The total weight of the complete set is close to 50 pounds. Each 5/8" chain weighs 20lbs.
