In the age of the bench shirt, lockout is king. If you know how to use your shirt, how to position your body and where to touch, your lockout will determine how much you bench.
So how much do you bench?
If you can't answer this question with a certain sense of pride, get a 5 board. Measuring 15" in length (not including the handle) this 2 board is perfect for a your pressing needs. Boards are made from 2x6's, yellow pine.
