EFS Pro Strength Average Resistance Bands
EFS Pro Average bands are silver, 1 ¾” in width, 41” long, and 4.5mm thick. There are 15 layers of latex on each band.
The EFS Pro Average Bands are our second strongest band and will provide around 140 pounds of tension at the top of a squat and 200 pounds on a bench press (depending on how they are attached).
