Reverse Hyper Ultra

The newest Reverse Hyperexentions boasts the same great quality and performance as all Revese Hypers, but now has with the option of using a strap (similar to the Reverse Hyper Pro Model) or the pendulum feature (similar to the Roller Pendulum Reverse Hyper).

The strap is preferred by many people as it allows for a looser style, great for high rep work and rehab. This also allows for a large number of different height athletes to be working at one time.

The roller feature is very similar to having your legs locked into place i.e. the old sit up boards that many of us have used. This feature is great for performing a very strict movement.

The Reverse Hyper Ultra comes standard with white frame/black pad. There is an additional charge for other colors. Please call EFS @ 888 854 8806 if you would like custom colors.

The Reverse Hyperextension machine is great for the development of the glutes, hamstrings, lower and middle back. This is the original machine designed and patented by Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell. Many of his athletes and clients thank this machine for increases in both the squat and dead lift. Many coaches also feel this machine has made their athletes run faster because of the increased strength of the hamstrings. This machine is a must for any athlete!
