Classic body weight strength training. Peg boards will give you a new dimension to your training programming. These peg boards are constructed from 1½” thick hardwood, and finished with a gloss polyurethane. The 15” x 60” comes with eleven (11) holes spaced on 10” centers. Holes are arranged in two rows with staggered alignment.
