The Monster E Z Curl Bar comes complete with the Forearm / Wrist Curl Attachment, Three (3) weight retaining collars. These Bars are commercial grade and made from special tensile proof steel for maximum strength and durability. The rotation ends of the Olympic Bars are machined to 50 mm to accept all standard Olympic plates, they contain self lubricating bushings used to absorb shock and offer the best performance. The bars are fitted with Duro Foam Grips, these grips are the finest on the market and will prevent grip slippage allowing you to really dig in and activate the targeted muscles. Black Oxide Finish.

You choose - Monster EZ Curl Bar has two options: standard 1" plates or 2" Olympic plates. This is based on the size plates you have. This does not come with weight plates!
