For those that say caffeine dehydrates you.
In high school and college the sports nurtionist would always lecture us on the importance of staying away from caffeine. "No soda!" they would say. Even the diet soda's were bad for you.
"It will dehydrate you!", they scream while wagging a concerned finger.
I would love to be stuck in the Sahara desert with one of these bozos with a cooler full of Diet Coke. As I slowly sip the cool, bubbly refreshement, I would constantly slap their hands while they reach for one.
"No, no, no. You can't until you say the magic words."
"Please?"
"Nope. Say 'I'm an idiot'."
