This bar is 2 3/8" thick and great for performing bench presses, military presses, inclines, shrugs, rows, curls and any other movement that is done with a barbell. Fat bar training is great for increasing your grip strength, upper body strength and reducing the strain on your shoulders and elbows.
Bar is 7 feet and fits in most power racks that can accommodate standard Olympic bars. Bar weighs about 55lbs.
