Similar in form and function to the Partner’s Quick Release, our individual quick release gives the athlete —as opposed to his or her partner—control of when to release the resistance. This feature allows athletes to control the transition from the acceleration phase into a sprint to meet their specific training needs. In addition, the individual quick release can eliminate the need for a partner during the burst phase of resistance-enhancing acceleration training drills when dragging a sled. Includes one Universal Shoulder Harness and Quick Release Mechanism.
