These wraps are designed to use on your forearms. Wraps heal the pain in the elbows area while training. They will also give you greater gripping power.
So what makes these different than wrist wraps? The forearm wraps have the Velcro in a different position than on the wrist wrap. If you use the wrist wraps on your forearm then the Velcro is not at the right place. The loop of the wraps makes the wearing easier.
